Next Move Community Resource Center

Next Move provides free clothing and various household items to our clients and to other low income families and individuals throughout the Sacramento area. Community Resource Center patrons members may also receive other resource and referral information. This service is made possible by the center by collaborative, community, and business members.

Children’s Services Programs

The Children’s Services Program operates at three sites: the Family Shelter (Oak Park), the 34th Street Omega Program (Oak Park), and Mather Community Campus (Rancho Cordova). These programs are designed to give youth a safe and positive environment to express, explore, and identify their feelings. Young people are encouraged to be active, develop healthy habits, and plan for their future. By including the parents, families have the opportunity to learn and apply positive communication, parenting, and other important family skills.
