PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

In addition to crisis and emergency shelter services, Next Move operates housing programs that provide individuals with wrap-around services to assist them on their path to stable permanent housing and economic well-being.

Permanent Supportive Housing offers long-term stable housing and services to support individuals and families who need ongoing assistance to maintain housing stability and prepare to enter the job market, school, and other community activities.

Next Move manages 3 federally funded Permanent Supportive Housing programs that provide rental assistance to over 125 households all over Sacramento. These programs serve a broad range of needs. Next Move – along with its partners – provides specialized case management, mental health, youth development, and employment services to families, individuals with disabilities, veterans, senior citizens, former foster youth, and others.

Access to Next Move’s Permanent Supportive Housing programs is available through referral only. Individuals and families can obtain support, access services, and find more information by doing the following:

Please be aware care coordinators must be able to do an assessment over the phone during the hours of 7:30am-11:00pm Monday – Friday
